Fiona is a Strategic Advisor to charities and not-for-profit organisations which deliver social impact. She is also a mentor to senior charity leaders. 

This work builds on her executive career leading Transformation and Strategic Change in not-for-profit, government, and commercial sector organisations. 

Fiona became a Trustee in September 2025.
